Do you have a food grade certificate?
FMC Logistics has a Certificate of Acceptability from the Department of Health and Social Development. We will share the certificate on request should you require to see it.
What is your BBBEE status?
We are a Level 2 BBBEE contributor. Our certificate is available upon request.
Do you have insurance for cargo stored on your premises?
Our facility is fully insured, providing comprehensive coverage for our operations. However, our standard practice is not to extend insurance coverage to individual products. Nevertheless, we can facilitate access to insurance services for your products if specifically requested or required.
Do you have fire protection?
In terms of Fire Protection a certified fire control system is installed and maintained by the landlord with regular inspections and checks of pressures etc. This includes a stand alone smoke detecting system to alert staff and security of any possible anomalies.
